Rooms are clean and good. Parking garage was very small with a bigger car you can damage it very easy, as well it was in an other building.

They do not answer the telephone at all. Had a delayed flight and tried to get in touch throughout the evening but no response.

キッチンには電子レンジ、電気ケトル、IHコンロ2口、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、お皿、カトラリー、シンクが備わっており、料理することができて便利でした。清掃も毎日お願いできて、快適でした。シャワー、トイレ、洗面台が1つの同じ部屋にあります。シャワーカーテンが無く、透明のパネルが浴槽の半分に付いているだけなので、気をつけないと部屋中に水が飛びます。また、シャワーを浴びた後、地面のタイルに沿って水が漏れていました。ハンガーが4つ(1つは壊れていた)、アイロン、テレビ、1人掛けソファ、ダイニングテーブル、椅子2脚が備わっていました。 最寄り駅までは歩いて8分ほどです。観光地や空港から近くありません。 チェックインとチェックアウト以外でスタッフさんとコミュニケーションをとる機会はありませんでしたが、皆さん笑顔で挨拶をしてくれました。 周辺の地図やホテルカードなどの配布はありませんでした。設備の説明なども受付では特に無く、部屋にあるQRコードで確認する必要があります。

Accueil très agréable, les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées. Le ptit déjeuner est très bon aussi . Hôtel proche d'une gare pour aller sur Barcelone . Je recommande.

Bien pero fría
El hotel está muy bien, hemos venido en varias ocasiones. Como inconveniente, llegamos en la noche y no habían encendido la calefacción de la habitación por lo que estaba muy fría y tardó mucho en estar confortable. Finalmente pedimos que subieran un calefactor.

Me lo esperaba mejor
Remodelado por fuera pero ya viejo dentro de las habitaciones. Lo peor la cama que se hundía y la zona de cocina prácticamente frigorífico y microondas. Desayuno muy caro. Personal muy amable y atento.

Good location for train and bus station and central to Granollers. Hotel pleasant and room adequate. Facilities in room is minimal especially in the kitchen area, air con not very good and adjoining rooms are very noisy.

Le personnel était super sympathique. Cependant, dans ma chambre il y avait un bruit d’eau qui coule dans le tuyau. À chaque fois que quelqu’un prenait sa douche ou faisait couler sa chasse d’eau de toilette, l’eau résonnait dans le tuyau du mur juste à côté du lit… de plus, on voyait qu’il y avait eu un dégât d’eau avec le plancher tout gondolé.. j’ai demandé à changer de chambre mais on m’a répondu que l’hôtel était plein…

This is an apart-hotel property situated in a small town just outside Barcelona, equidistant from the city centre and airport, and convenient for the business areas east of Barcelona. The property is clean and modern and has a decent onsite restaurant. However, (1) the standard rooms are very small, (2) when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my rental car (a small SUV) was too big for the onsite parking, and there was no available street parking near the hotel, and (3) the Spa pool, which is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, was not working. Apart from that, my stay there was OK.

We traveled to Barcelona before heading out on a Mediterranean cruise. It was a late decision and we felt lucky to get a hotel because everything (except highway end $450 per night hotels) were sold out. This was a few stops away on the local train from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona proper but walkable from/to train from hotel & very inexpensive for train tickets for a family of 4. You also had the option of including breakfast, which we did. They had a nice spread. The galley kitchen provided everything we needed (if you stay at Wyndham resorts, it’s similar). Would definitely recommend a family stay here.
