I spent one night with my parents and husband, and it was total disappointment. I would say facility is fair, but the staffs and services are very bad for 5 star resort.
1) Phone does not work in the property, so we had to link whatsapp for services. They know many properties have broken phones, but they don't have an intention to fix them. They just guided visitors to use Whatsapp and when I used it to call, sounds were really bad. Why don't they just make phones work initially?
2) Any service we requested ended up not completely done or came really late. For us to get what we requested, we had to made multiple requests because they forgot things. e.g., we requested for cooking pot, it never got delivered. Wine opener took 40 minutes to get to us. Buggy service didn't come after confirmation (3 times), so we had to wait outside for 20 min and ended up walking to reception with all our luggage. Took us 20 mins to get towel by the pool. It can go on..
3) Restaurant choices are very limited. Only two restaurants available and they don't serve water. You have to buy water for $5.
4) It was raining when we got there and we had some spots with water dripping inside the villa. Near window, master restroom and stairs.
5) Hygiene - We found a line of ants in the morning, which came all the way from the whole on the wall.
6) Price - Not cheap. Water bottle from convenient store was $5. I bought it because they limited complementary water.
