"Staff were incredibly nice and welcoming and they were very efficient when processing check in, the room has an amazing view - however the hallways and common areas such as the lift are dirty and people are smoking everywhere. Great price for the size of the room. I will say they need to seriously deep clean the pipes in the bathrooms , I had a shower and then the entire room was enveloped in a disgusting pungent smell of rotting eggs. Staff were super cool though "

"何度か利用させて頂いてますが、私の選択理由は洗濯機が部屋にあるという事につきます。日本のビジネスホテルならば、コインランドリーくらい常設されていますが、北京のビジネスホテルには何処を探してもありませんでした。また、フロントの対応ですが片言の中国語が話せれば問題ありませんでした。英語の出来るスタッフもいました。他の方が言うように水回りの悪い部屋もありますが、今回の3階の部屋は問題ありませんでした。ただ、3月から各部屋が値上げされてしまい、この値段では他のアパートメントホテルの方がコスパが良いと感じてしまいます。以前の価格に戻してくれる事を期待します。"

"It was located near the subway line and many restaurants. within walking distance of Sanlitun area stores and night life,, Workers Stadium, night clubs are very close and within walking distance. The amenities within the apartment were sufficient for preparing breakfasts and small meals. Security to the facility was excellent and people in the facility and the locals around the facility were (as usual) very friendly and helpful. Much better than staying in a hotel."

"Terrible conditions: curtain is broken, window plopped up with a bottle , no shower stall, shower water pour over the toilet. Smell heavily smoking! We couldn’t find front desk, it was a closed door room. You need to call the # posted at the door, which cost you an international call fee bcuz you don’t have local phone. I booked 2 beds, manager gave me one bed, when I showed him my reservation, he had someone else kicked out so we could have their 2 beds room."

"Very large room that is decently clean and comes with a kitchen, washer dryer, living area and sofa. Breakfast was decent and relatively inexpensive with ok options. Cleanliness is acceptable but the key concern is the room air conditioning. We went in the spring so we could live with the weak air conditioning. "Very convenient, easy access with 2 subways under 10 minutes walk. A few restaurants and a 7/11 opposite the hotel. Breakfast has very limited western choice and heaps of local fares, but then you dont come to China to eat western food. I would like to thank and appreciate for all the help Angela offered to recover my lost mobile phone. Angela you are a champion! Thank you"
