"Great 3-night stay at the Novotel Bishkek! Staff were amazing with excellent English and were exceptional in arranging a complicated private tour. Furnishings are that clean, IKEA look (and smell) transporting me to my college dorm days. Location perfect."

Modern city with a young feel to it.

A city with a much more modern infrastructure than I was expecting. Pleasantly surprised - just be sure to bring lots of cash as credit cards are hard to use in this town.

The city is not interesting but the nature around it is wonderful and very accessible
