Hotel was okay.. but the reservation guy and on duty manager were terrible.. duty manager won’t answer your call, reservation guy ask me to call every 10minutee.. crazy!! Non responsive!!

It was the perfect stay for us, they provide not just basic needed as hotel, but also a complete activities for kids such as kids club, playgrounds, feeding the animals, archery, flying fox, you name it, they got it 😁. But as for me, as i am a hygiene freak, our bathroom floor was a little bit unclean as the water leaked from the pipe and runs on the floor, the dustbin was also looked old and dirty.

Good to hotel to relax with your family

Hotel with a great View and fresh natural air
Hotel with a great location,view and fresh air and friendly staff. The room good with twin queen bed. But the breakfast too Expensive for the variety food they served. Overall good except the breakfast.

The service is pale in comparison to the price they charge. The staffs need more training to deal with hotel guests. Bad attitude, rude and does not care about guests needs. Food is just so so.

We enjoyed the garden which was quite expansive with an area for children to play in and a couple of garden gazebos for tired legs (perhaps more of these could be added). In order to get a different set of menu for dinner, we went to the Club House. It's a pity though that the area surrounding the Club House was dark. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

very nice family hotel
during 2 nights stay at R hotel.. its was great. The hotel is perfect for family vacation with young children. My 5 years old son very enjoy swimming at the big clean swimming pool along the hotel side, feeding deers,run around the garden and even go to the golf court. the room is big with 2 queen bed so suitable for my family with 2 children. Breakfast was good too with many choices of food. very recommended for family vacation..

Nice getaway from Jakarta
This was our third trip to the R Hotel at Rancamaya. We are long time expats living in Jakarta and are always looking for good places to take our kids for weekend escape trips. This is great option. Hotel is new and in very good shape. Excellent grounds with plenty of space for the kids to run around. The access to the adjacent golf course and clubhouse is an added bonus as we used driving range, putting green, and pools at the golf course.

Nice hotel with excellent staff
A few things needed attention on room, advised staff and fixed up immediately. Had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Beautiful place and people. Will definitely come back to stay when visiting Bogor.

Beautif Hotel - A Must stay
Beautiful hotel. Nice place to relax. The room was spacious and clean. The weather was cool and wet. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant buffet was good, but in the evening, I ordered a hamburger, well done, it was raw in the middle. I exchanged it for a chicken sandwhich, and that too was not cooked. It was raw in the middle. The chef offered to cook another one, but I lost my appetite. He later sent me a piece of cheesecake. Other than that, it was really a nice stay. Oh, the beds a bit hard. That was disappointing. We played golf but got rained out. The caddies assigned to us ripped us off. We only got to hole 10 and it was raining, so we called it quits. When we arrived at the club house, one of them said, "Tip Sir." So, being new to golf, we were not sure how much to tip. My husband gave them each 100.000 RP. She said that's not enough. We should pay 200.000RP each. So he did (actually he was short of that and gave all he had 380.000). I went in and asked the manager what is a normal tip. She said whatever you want to give. I said 100.000? She said, "Oh yes, very good ." We left feeling very ripped off with half round of golf at full price and paying way too much of a tip. Shame on those caddies!

the view from our room is breathtaking.. all green with cloudy mountain in the middle, very nice. the room it self huge and comfotable too bad we couldnt get the room that have access directly to the swimming pool due to fully booked on holiday season. overall it was wonderful experience, i only have a short note on the breakfast buffee the food is below my expectation. and the range are very limitted. so if the hotel can improve the food quality and range of selection, staying at R Rancamaya hotel will be perfect.

I had a very pleasant stay at r hotel rancamaya. The room was very clean and well maintain The staff were friendly. The pool was nice as we can use the pool at the golf club too! The mini zoo added an extra bonus for me as i can take my kids to see the deers and geese. Overall i'm very pleased with r hotel rancamaya

Super nice view of Mt Salak
I booked Deluxe Room with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious and clean. But the bathroom required more detailed cleaning especially on the wall. The view of Mt Salak and golf course was really scenic. The breakfast spread was quite good too.

The Hotel is New, opened in August 2014. Every room have view direct to pool and mountain. The staff is friendly, room is clean. Breakfast is standard and I think the hotel must provide some attraction for kids especially during holiday season. Overall, i enjoyed staying here.

We checked in on New Year's Day so it was very hectic and took a while to get our room ready, but the staff was very apologetic and got us the earliest available room. Overall a pleasurable stay!
