Not Worth your money, the property Manager is a crook he doesnt even say hai to you, No Ac on the property and its damn expensive for the area its surroundings, I wouldnt recommend even my enemy to be in this property

hellobe honest, and respectful for our customers and for us. and don't say anything. hotel phenix does not have air conditioning, where did you see that we said that we have air conditioning.and what you have to pay is much cheaper, compared to the Brussels market that day! and if we are full every day that means that many customers like our hotel, but we respect your opinion. best regards

This hotel is a 20 minute taxi ride to town centre very impractical for one night. No air conditioner and very hot in summer, you can ask for a fan. They are completing major construction on the outside of the building at the moment so very noisy.

hellowe don't have air conditioning and we never said that hotel phenix has air conditioning and the climate in brussels is very hot with humidity on those days. best regrds

Room was great and stay was good. About a 20 min walk from the metro or could take the bus to the metro.

Not what I expected
The room was not at all what I expected. It did not look like the pictures online. The rooms were very thin as I could hear my neighbors “doing things” for an hour in the morning, very disturbing. The room was small and the place looked sketchy. However, it was very clean

Staff was rude! Walls were so thin we could hear everything. Booked the listing because it said there wA complimentary breakfast and there wasn’t, you had to pay for it. Asked five different times for no housekeepers in our room and they never listened. Overall hotel was not clean and we have several cockroaches.

The hotel was not walkable from downtown requiring a long bus ride or expensive Uber. The room was very hot, I opened the windows to let in cool air, but there were no screen doors on the so I also let in bugs the first night. The last night I just roasted in bed.

Hotel look new. Have nice lobby and rooms are comfortable enough for staying fey nights. Is a bit out of center but until 11 o clock there is bus lines. Only problem is - room are have no air condition and during worm night you need to open window and suffer from traffic noise.

The hotel and room is well presented and clean. Once one knows how to reach it from the City centre it's quite easy and takes only 30 minutes. The rooms would benefit from soundproofing as everything can be heard from the corridor and through the walls. The staff were polite and helpful.

Smoke House
The halls stunk of cigarettes as did our room and I could smell smoke in the blankets, pillows and towels. The room was really loud with street noise and the layout was pretty bad, with one bed crammed into a tiny corner. The button for the elevator on our floor had been pulled off, so you had to use the stairs.

Nice, clean hotel just a small taxi ride away from the main square. Only negative is the thin walls and you can hear the water running in the other bathrooms.

The worst hotel ever
The sink table was very unstable- it was about to fall. The beds took up the room which made it hard to move around. The water would flow out of the bathroom either into the room or halls. It was very compact. The toilet was very close to the wall making it hard to sit on it comfortably. The reception weren’t friendly. They didn’t tell us we had to pay for breakfast and we almost ate without knowing- they basically lied to us. I would say the hotel isn’t even worth 1 star.

Was terrible, our room was next to the lift so couldn’t sleep as we had people going up and down all night then got woken up at 6am to power drills. Was terrible wouldn’t recommend at all, was in a bad area.

The hotel was very clean and I had a single room, only complaint was that the window faced a high wall which was about 2ft away so no air at all so it was very stuffy. The hotel is about a mile from the main station (weststation) or a 30 minute walk, where you can get the metro to the midi station or central station €2.10 each trip.

You definitely get what you paid for. The rooms are pretty small. The walls are plvery thin therefore you can partically hear everything that's going on in the other rooms. But overall the hotel is ok not the worse and the staff are great.

The hotel itself is nice and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed here with my brother for 4 nights and the staff helped us with whatever we needed. The room however is very very small. It’s looks like the pictures but is very small. The bathroom was more spacious than the actual room. If you’re coming from UK like we did, there’s not much on tv to watch and the local residents and shops don’t speak much English. The local area is nice and some shops around. I’m muslim and there was halal takeaways close by. You have to sleep with the windows tight shut because the noice of the cars is terrible. It can get very very loud as the hotel is situated by a main road. Overall a nice hotel
