I stayed 5 nights in this hotel and got a nice room on 6/F with thanks to the efficient front desk staff. Location is convenient to everywhere as M line is very closed. I am disappointed about the room cleaning services for Hilton brand hotel. Breakfast is good and staff performs well. So far I may or may not stay in same hotel next time. In conclusion, it is not bad.

This hotel is brand new, and every inch of the room is well and effectively designed. They provide amenities that other hotels don't offer, such as an iron and ironing board, extra towels, dental and hygiene kits, as well as beverages. The location is great, within walking distance of the Basilica and the Parliament building.

We had issues with room as it was extremely hot. Staff didn’t looked into aircon although it was promised. No fan was available. Back of the furniture not cleaned at all and hence allergic reaction. Otherwise it’s good stay staff are polite and professional. Great breakfast
