The hotel is very clean and is peaceful with a nice location. There should be a basic cutlery still it was worth the price paid.

Room was clean and staff was friendly, hotel and property itself is in need of some care and attention. Shower head was loose and didnt spray properly, and the elevator does sudden drops when in use, staff was aware but owner is not willing to address issue. Pool was ok nut hot tub is luke warm and in need of cleaninf.

We felt that this hotel was great for the price we paid. The hotel is dated but clean. I found the bed very comfortable. We did not use the pool. I would stay here again.

room was clean, the restaurant said it was open but wasn't and we were there mid day. Would be nice to have tea bags in the room as not everyone drinks coffee later in the day. Over all, everything was good

The deposit was not refunded. Also I called to inquire how booking with expedia works and the receptionist tried to convince me to book with her and she quoted a really high price

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken and the water flow was poor. But, hotel staff are very friendly more than other hotel. I really recommend this hotel.

Worst place to stay. Do not ever stay here. Their front desk is rude and ignorant, say there is no manager on duty, refused to check me in and say blacklisted, with no reason given. I stayed here one time before and the place was awfully dirty and made the review of that must be why I was blacklisted for them. I assumed new name of this hotel I was going to give it a shot only to have issues when trying to check in they wouldn’t. Was no manager to talk to or deal with. No card even for one just a random email they taped on the desk. Save yourself time and money and stay somewhere else. This place is horrible. They also own emerald only a few blocks away with same horrible service agents. They hold your money on your card multiple times don’t take holds off for weeks after you have left and checked out. And will take your money and not give it back even though you don’t stay or they won’t allow you to stay. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The room wasn’t bad but the staff wasn’t really helpful. I told them twice to change my sheets and they still didn’t. They threw my personal towel away while I was out. I called front desk for water and they were rude and told me to come downstairs to buy it when usually they leave water bottles in rooms. The elevator is garbage lmao, takes hours to get to your floor. You’re better off taking the stairs. Overall, 6/10.

Did not like that key cards reset daily and lock you out when staying more than 1 night. Also bathroom walls could have been cleaner

There was literally two black bugs in my bed, damage in the walls, and on the back of the door, and the restaurant was not open at 11 pm when I arrived from my flight
