Hi William, We're very sorry that another guests actions impacted your stay but hope you can understand that we are unable to control individuals behavior. The guest you refer to breaking glasses was removed by authorities. Regarding your mention of the rooms being tiny and not having air conditioning, we encourage you in future to read the advertisement booking booking budget accommodation. If you had viewed our website in detail, along with any third party website listings, you would have seen that we do not pretend to be anything other than budget accommodation. Next time, perhaps you'll consider something other than the budget option and stay in one of our self contained apartments.

Hi Maree, thank you, we are so appreciative of your honest review. We do indeed have 3 powerpoints available in the rooms (some have a few more) however some of our guests seem to be unable to locate them. Our location does have some road noise, but as you have mentioned, being on Northbourne Avenue which is an arterial road in the CBD, comes with its road noise challenges. The employees at the front desk or the after-hours staff may always be contacted if you are not satisfied with the accommodation or service you received the following time. We always do our utmost to ensure that our guests are comfortable and satisfied. A one-star rating alone, without any more details, looks even more ludicrous and pointless. Thank you!

Dear Braden,We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the room key issue, we are happy to offer you 10% discount if you happen to book with us again. To clarify, the key is set to deactivate after 10AM but it seems the clock timing on the doorknob/card reader seems to be running little ahead of the actual time which is why the lock is not reading the key after 9AM.
