Enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend. Service was great, food was better than expected and entertainment was a fun surprise. Rooms were clean and well cooled but hot in the lobby area. Shoutout Daniel, Armando, Enrique, Alain and so many others for making it a great stay!

Resort was really beautiful Nd the staff as well. All smile and helpful. Food was good too all day available. I didnt like the ocean as lots of rocks and sea weed . We were.not able to step inside and enjoy it. Thank you.

Good small(ish) property given Cancun standards. Dining options though are limited and the Italian restaurant is a major disaster but the Mexican restaurant was fab!

The resort was lovely. There was only one small pool and a kid's pool. The food was primarily tacos. The servers were terrific. They will charge you a resort fee, and the Italian restaurant will charge you if you order steak or wine. That was not all-inclusive; the manager of that restaurant was very mean and disrespected. Buffet has the same food every day, The rooms were nice and cleaned every day. If you want coconut water at a charge, be prepared. Italian restaurants were the worst. It does not even taste like Italian food. Not worth the money you pay for all-inclusive.

Absolutely a great place to stay. Staff was fantastic. They were friendly, prompt, and catered to everything. Our only down side was the room location. (But this is on us). It was by the pool and with all the activities, it could be loud at times.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurants all excellent and the variety and quality of food was fantastic. Room wonderful, super comfortable and daily service was exceptional. Highly recommend. We will return.

This hotel is beautiful. Staff are all very accommodating and welcoming. Food could've been better but overall was good. Only thing is our room was supposed to be ocean view but we barely could see the ocean. The room inside however was nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

The staff made this trip amazing! Enrique, Angel in the VIP lounge, Filberto, Rigoberto, Fernando, and all the others worked so hard to make sure our visit was safe, fun, delicious, and memorable! The restaurants served very good food, the grounds were clean, the wait staff was incredibly attentive, the beach looked like something from a postcard, the entertainment was surprisingly talented for a resort of this size, and we felt like royalty during our stay. Literally the only complaint we had was the air conditioning throughout the resort, which was barely functional. If you don't mind the heat, it may not be a problem for you, but my Midwestern American body was craving relief from the heat, and entering an 82 degree building from 89 degrees outside wasn't refreshing. We would have enjoyed staying in the lobby bar for the nightly music, but it was stifling in there. Otherwise, we were delighted with our stay and highly recommend this resort!

It was not quiet and difficult to rest, read and relax by the pool area. Music in pool area too loud & choice of music geared to very young. The hotel staff and entertainment people were great! Room was clean & comfortable. Restaurants average, just ok.

The views at this property are amazing. Directly across from the resort you have a view of the bay, if you catch the sunset you’ll have a million dollar shot. Behind the resort you have the ice blue Caribbean Sea!! This property by far is the best all inclusive hands down. Premium alcohol, Delicious food, GREAT STAFF, Spa and the location is approx 5 min to luxury shopping (LV, Gucci, Prada etc) and 5 minutes to the nightlife CoCo Bongo, Royal, 24K etc. The airport commute is roughly 15-17min. You can’t miss at this location. I will definitely return sooner than later.

Everything about it was excellent. The only thing I would have asked for is ground transportation to and from the resort. For all that you pay to stay you shouldn’t have to pay 200 to get back and fourth to the airport
