"The property is brand new. It is very well built. The rooms are large and have all the essentials one would need. The internet is very fast. There is nice pool in the middle of the hotel which is good for laps and relaxation. There is also a shuttle to the beach as well. There is an onsite restaurant. "I had a few days in Cebu following vacation before working for a week and this was a good location. You are attached to a mall with various food options, a massage spa, and a movie theater. This was nice considering how hot it was outside. The room was nice although more seating would have been good as well as hand towels. One thing I really like is the pool - it is rare to have one long enough to swim laps in and this one does. I got up early to swim laps before it got busy with families. ...
