"Everything was great besides the mattress. It was awful. Soft, felt like it was completely broken down and squeaked every time you moved. No idea how the mattress could be that bad in a hotel that knew. There was also a terrible squeaking sound coming from the air conditioning unit every time the fan. Everything else was wonderful. "My daughter and I stayed here while in Columbus for a concert. The hotel is 3 mins from Nationwide arena. All of staff were awesome from the moment I arrived. Valet was great, as were the front desk reps and the coffee shop staff. Hotel is modern and rooms are clean. The lobby is so cozy.
