"The stay was good, room was well maintained and clean. The runway view was interesting for watching planes! When we were checking in, I saw a tray of cookies being brought out. I went to ask for one for my child, but the counter guy gave me a weird look. Maybe their cookies were just meant to be on display beside him. Felt very disturbed by his unfriendliness. "This property is definitely top-notch. The staff was so friendly and assisted with everything that they possibly could to make our stay amazing. I lost my purse during my stay before I arrive to the hotel and the hotel took ownership and did everything possible to help me locate it. I would give this hotel nothing but five stars, as it was very convenient close to everything accommodations were amazing. Definitely will be staying here again. My first choice for my next visit to Singapore in the future. "
