"The location is very strategic as it is located very close to highway exits (though not in the main road). Staffs are helpful and nice starting from the security upon entering the premises. "The view from our bedroom is fabulous, river and green trees, you would never know the hotel is in the middle of the city. The landscaping is lush, pool is inviting. The dryer in the room does not dry properly which is disappointing. The room is rather small. "

"I stayed in suite and junior suite for several nights and several occassions. Staff are very good and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is always good. Room is OK. Bed is clean, bathroom, livingroom is ok. the rest is ok. Room is big enough for what I need. Some of the suite position are odd. Good amenities. Elevators are very slow. The lobby area and elevator area look worn out. Area is bery convenience. If I need to stay in Kebon Jeruk area, this hotel is the best hotel compare the rest of the hotels nearby the area."
