"My wife and I were impressed when we stayed at the Shangri-La in Cebu and therefore we decided to book another Shangril-La for a brief stay in Jakarta. We were not disappointed with the service being very good, all staff attentive and the hotel being to a high standard. The breakfast was again a stand-out part of the stay with a wide selection. "The hotel is very old. Lobby is good, but the room is very old. Enterring to the room has smoke smell. and also electronic curtain didn't work, need to wait for 30 mins and fix another 30 mins in order to move up curtain. faciloty in the room is very old ."
