"AVOID AT ALL COST! Don't let the reviews fool you. I booked a family room for 5 nights. When we arrived, the hotel lobby was still ok. Check in was smooth. However, after being given my room, everything went downhill. After getting out of the lift at level 3, the first thing that caught my attention was the dirty carpet. "The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed. This is really becoming a motel instead of hotel. Hotel lobby full of cars and its a bus terminal . The only good point is the location and they offer double queen size bed at a reasonable price."

"Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice."
