"Book a bigger room but was still given a small room even confront the front office with the room layout on the back of the door. And only explanation is the layout is wrong!?! Requested a quiet room but was given a room facing the main road. Worst is the window hinge was broken. And window was not soundproof. It as noisy thru out the night. Hardly had any sleep. "We needed a place to stay for a bit of comfort before flying out the next day. The room was really outdated and dirty, with the bathroom especially needing attention.
