Property location was on the side of a mountain which was nice. The room itself was horrible. Stains everywhere in bathroom and bedroom. The two beds were completely different. One bed was a spring mattress which was super uncomfortable and the other was a foam mattress. There was an empty can of something on the floor in the bedroom when we got there. There was pieces of onion skin laying on the floor in the bathroom. The sink wouldn’t drain because the drain plug was broken so we had to take it out. The included breakfast was waffles and twinkies which was disappointing because we had to go find breakfast elsewhere. Overall would never ever book this hotel again nor would I recommended this hotel to anyone.

When we checked in the child may 20 running the front desk told us our room number. He then continued to tell us we were on the upstairs. Which did not matter when we got to our room we were on the downstairs on the backside the room directly next to us had two dogs that were barking, the beds were good. The pillows were good. The ceiling had a lot of mold that they painted over the bathroom had a 1’ x 2’ piece of plaster missing from the ceiling. And again there was mold on the ceiling that was painted over and there was mold around the bathtub. The bathroom floor did not look like it has been washed in about two months. It served our purpose. We needed it for one single night, but I will not book here again.

They technically have a pool and breakfast, but the pool is outside and the breakfast is only waffles, coffee, yogurt, box juice, cereal, and prepackaged donuts. The facility is old, relatively clean-though there was a stain on a sheet. It's the cheapest option in the area.

The room was nice. The phones didnt work in the rooms. We checked in on a monday and out on sunday and had no room service, had to ask for clean sheets and towels. We took out our own trash and had to ask for toilet paper.

The bed felt like the frame was broke or that it was to small for the size mattress that was on it… there was someone else’s dirty socks under the bed.. there was a line of black mold coming through the paper on the wall.. there was a dirty had print on the frame of the bathroom door.. there was hot water though! And when I asked for a couple extra towels, the man at the desk said he’d bring them up if I gave him a couple minutes, and he never did! There were 4 people in our room with only 3 sets of towels.. We stayed there in April of 2023 and it was a whole different experience this time around!

It seemed a bit out of the way and we had to take lots of back roads but the property itself was fine. There was a really good Mexican Restaurant right near the property in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

Don’t use your bank cord in their vending machines
The breakfast was terrible. Generic bland cereal, no milk, kids fruit punch for juice that was in a box. Basically no there there to eat. When I tried to get snacks from the vending machine, it froze my card because it was based out of a different state so my bank thought it was a fraudulent charge. That was on a Saturday. I was unable to get my card fixed until Monday and I was on vacation so I had to get my boyfriend to pay for the other hotel the next day.

The room had a balcony at no extra cost, the room was clean, bedding was exceptionally clean, not a single hair or lint fiber and I check very thoroughly. Bathroom was a little iffy we didn’t need to shower, maybe an update on the shower heads or some deep cleaning! Didn’t stink, staff was fast and friendly. Easy check in and easy check out.

Was given 3 diff room keys that didn't work. Door was broken. Clerk came up and tried to break through the door as if I would sleep in a hotel room that didn't have a door. He then gave me a different room. That room had an earring on the floor, the AC didn't work, the light by the door to the room didn't work. Other than those minor details, it was great.

We have stayed here several times Previously. It has always been a good stay. This is our choice for a overnight when traveling from our Home in Missouri to places on the East Coast.. We left home later than usual yesterday and traveled later than we prefer to make it to this Motel. A Great place to stay in our opinion

The front desk folks (Betty in the evening hours and Jordan in the morning daytime hours) both were very friendly, accommodating, friendly and welcoming, especially Betty, after our long 13 hour drive from Oklahoma to Cookeville, TN. Our rooms were placed side by side for family convenience and the beds were quite comfortable. Rooms were clean and sanitized. The one negative was the TV had no channel directives list and the steps were quite steep, no elevators present. But, our stay of one night was just what we needed and we got rested, cleaned up and fed a nice delicious free continental type breakfast of griddle waffles, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, mini donuts, juice, milk and coffee. Upon our next trip across country to visit family, we will remember the Baymont by Wyndham motel. Thanks & kudos especially to "Betty and Jordan". The Thie family of Northern, VA.
