"The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was decent but at night we saw large roaches/waterbugs in the eating area due to the windows being open. Did not see them during the day nor while eating. The rooms did not have wifi although staff said it did. Room was very tight, cable continuously interrupted and we had to unplug box and take out card multiple times to watch tv, most stations in Portuguese and room was not very clean. "Staff were amazing! Helpful and friendly. Can arrange airport transfer for you. They all spoke English very well. There is a common area downstairs with a bar and free filtered water and lots of plugs to charge your electronics. The bunk beds were a little scary, very unstable. You only get two sheets and a pillow case so if you get a free blanket on your airline keep it! There is one plug in each bed spot. Rooms are air conditioned. It was a little expensive for a shared room with bunk beds but...
