"We were meeting friends to go to the Highland games and there were little lodging available at a reasonable price. I was a little concerned about the bothies based on earlier reviews but we all loved it. "Excellent hotel, spacious room, clean. Ideal location in the centre of the village. No lift lift but a member of staff carried our cases up for us. The food was excellent, for breakfast and dinner. No on-site parking but no problem at all finding an on street space (no restrictions) nearby."

"Only stayed for one night as in the area for business purposes. Had an evening meal in the bar area and the food was excellent. Room was clean and nicely decorated with all amenities provided.
