guests of the hotel come second to any events that are going on. If there is an “event” function. Not a problem if it is dry and you can walk somewhere else but in pouring rain can not get a drink in games room or something to eat. when asking get told “No. Event on” Poor service to guests and no communication.

Rooms clean n comfortable but beginning to look tired. Time for an upgrade. Need to limit number of pool/beach towels issued to patrons as on several days inconvenienced as none available- some visitors using multiple towels to save spots around pool n beach lounges

Property was not central to much but in saying that some people might like it. Right next door to the shopping centre. Don’t have breakfast there it is cold everything not even hot coffee.. staff are rude in the breakfast restaurant. Asked for an omelette got a scrambled egg. Asked again for an omelette with to alto cheese bacon onion. Got a plain intellects

Very run down
Location excellent, hotel itself is in very bad condition and room dirty, bed linen and towels worn out and stained. Staff is very friendly and helpful but seems to have either given up or too young to organize and divide up the work. There’s enough of them hanging around the bar and restaurant, but not many of them actually working. The breakfast is lacking as well. Loads of empty trays and stands. If you’re not in the know, nobody informs you that you can actually get stuff like bacon or yogurt. Wouldn’t stay again.

古いホテルなので仕方がないとは思うのですが、トイレの排水が非常に悪く何度も詰まりました。 最後は、トイレの下のゴムパッキンのところから汚水が部屋まで漏れ出して大変でした。 清潔さを求められる方にはおすすめできません。 バリらしい趣のあるトラディショナルなホテルではあります。 スタッフさんはとても親切な方が多くよかったです。

This hotel is in a wonderful location to the beach. The facility is dated and had problems with small ants on the desk in the room. Internet went in and out but was available in the rooms.

Good location for enjoying the beach
smell moldy when I first got into the room. The air-conditioner is leaking. There were moskitos in the room. When I was about to take a shower, there was no shower gel. A good location if you like beach. And the villa-like hotel is beautiful. There is no decent breakfast.

Inna is getting old now, but still one of our favourites, it’s on the beach. Room was large , towels should be replaced. The bar area was not great, No fans . They took away loungers for a function and never put them back so only hard bar stools. Location is fantastic and we will be back in March 2024. Staff are friendly and very attentive.

Disappointed
After 16 wonderful days in Bali we arrived at Inna Sindhi & we were very disappointed with the hotel. Even though it was only $70/night that was the most expensive hotel we stayed in & it was the worst. The pool area was just Ok & it was so warm, no way it was refreshing……..it was by far the “ hottest “ pool we experienced. The included Buffet Breakfast was appalling, even the Tea & Coffee were undrinkable. I didn’t get one mosquito bite until arriving at the Inna Sindhu & was eaten alive ( I’m pedantic about lighting a mossie coil on my balcony & covering myself in repellent at 4pm everyday but I think I was getting bitten during the day. Also didn’t like the area we couldn’t leave the hotel without being literally accosted by the women from the adjoining market stalls. The beach out the front was very ordinary. We travel extensively throughout Asia regularly & I rarely write a bad review but no way I could recommend this hotel

We last stayed 5years ago. The hotel shows little maintenance and is need of a major update. The grounds have suffered through Covid, but are coming good, The hotel grounds have been divided with a School , which was no problem. It is obvious they are making efforts to improve and starting with clean "WHITE' bedding and towels would be a good start. Breakfast was not to varied but very acceptable with the beach as your backdrop.

The hotel itself is in need of some TLC and the photos do not show this however, the staff were excellent, food at the hotel was great especially having the beach side restaurant, the rooms clean although our shower smelt like they were using bore water and the flow was non existent. Do not make out mistake and leave a massage until the last day, the reflexology masseurs attached to the hotel are the best.

A nice place but don't order a taxi!
I booked this last minute and was pleasantly surprised. It is right on the beach, a great spot. The rooms are large and okay, somewhat dated but they do what you need them to. The pool is nice. The staff are (mostly (see below)) nice and helpful. The restaurant is under used and is not busy, after eating there a couple of times I found this was because the food is not very good. It is very basic. They could do with a better chef and better advertising. Cons! The night before I left I ordered a taxi to go to my next hotel and was told 200idr. When I checked out the same lady told me it was actually 300idr. As I was ready to go I said okay. I then watched as the receptionist gave the taxi driver 200idr and kept the rest for herself. I understand her taking a % but a third is outrageously greedy and I'm disgusted that I've had to pay this much - 33% - just to order a taxi! As relaxed as my stay was this totally ruined my overall impression of the place.

Vi har boet på dette hotel gennem mange år, og valgte naturligvis igen dette charmerende hotel på vores ferie til Bali. Vi blev imidlertid rigtigt skuffet over som tingene nu står til på hotellet. Det virker som om at alt er i forfald: dårlig vedligehold, ringe morgenmad (har tidligere været ganske fin), desuden færre solsenge og parasoller på stranden end tidligere. Mange af de ansatte forstår ikke engelsk, og en del af den er lige lovligt unge. Virker som om hotellet fungerer som en slags skole for disse. Desuden oplevede vi at vi betalte (blev trukket) for opholdet allerede i starten af vor ferie. Generel er personalet utroligt hjælpsomme og imødekommende, den kredit skal de have. Desværre vil vi nok finde et andet hotel ved fremtidige ferier på Bali.

Hotel molto carino in un bel giardino tropicale ben curato. A colazione non aspettatevi niente di internazionale o molta scelta ma comunque chiunque trova qualcosa che possa piacere. Le camere sono grandi, il bagno un po’ deludente con vetro doccia incrostato di calcare e un fastidioso odore di fogna. Piscine belle in una zona riservata. La spiaggia dispone di pochi lettini e nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi (agosto) il pomeriggio c’era bassa marea. Sanur è carina ma se siete giovani non troverete molti divertimenti. In ogni caso, tenuto conto di tutto quanto scritto, è stato un bel soggiorno e il personale dell’hotel è disponibile gentile e sempre sorridente!

Excellent position, shops, restaurants and bars plentiful with easy access. This property is tired and old and needs a facelift. The only food we ate was eggs for breakfast as we watched them being cooked, bacon straight from kitchen and toast we cooked ourselves.

Tolle Lage, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer. Betten und Handtücher sind sehr schmutzig. Service und Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht. Direkt am Strand und Geschäfte und Restaurants direkt vor dem Hotel.

A great bali experience
This hotel has a lot of seniors staying here, which we didn't mind because we are almost seniors. The beach is fantastic, great for swimming or surfing. Sand is course but beach is clean. Loved the pool and easy access to the beach. We rented E-bikes for an hour and it was so much fun. There is a great walking/biking path that goes for 7 kms one way and 3 kms the other way from the hotel. It is the only flat unobstructed unbroken sidewalk I experienced in bali. The vendors on the beach were excessively persistent. Lots of restaurants nearby at reasonable price. This is an older hotel but has a lot of Bali charm. The doors don't have an airtight close so there are a few small bugs that get into the room and hang on the curtains and towels. The beds are hard. In spite of the cons, it was a great stay and I would definitely return to the hotel (with a 3" memory foam mattress topper!).
