"This hotel has it all - close to train and metro, shops and dining options are plentiful, everything is walkable. The front desk staff is the TOPS. We were always greeted with a smile, they helped with questions regarding the area, the trains, and dining. The hotel was clean. Rooms are very basic, but you don't go to Brussels to sit in a hotel room. Highy recommend this property."

"The hotel was great! Clean, close to the main areas but still far enough that it was nice and calm at night. There is only one thing that wasn't great, the noise of the water from the floor above me. I could hear the pipes when even ever the top floor was using the bathroom. Maybe some sound proofing for the bathroom. Otherwise I loved the hotel."

"I know this Hitel when it was The Conrad. Great staff and service. Pool and fitness is not part of the hotel facility. You need to book prior. This was not communicated. Also 35 Euro for the usage.
