They were so helpful in booking a tennis court, reasonable transport, and making deals for massage. They even drove out to the airport after we left because my girlfriend had left a sweater in the lobby. You will have personal WhatsApp communication with these very well spoken English helpers. "Nice enough hotel located in the worlds biggest building site, highlight of my stay here was just trying to get in the place my two options were wading through muddy water or climbing over mountain's of rubble and rotting garbage, nice pool friendly no open bar or restaurant though. Room was clean and comfortable could have done with a lick of paint though but the whole place will probably be demolished soon anyway to make way for another bloody Chinese casino. Cannot say I enjoyed my stay in...

"We were in rhe Villa. Terrible lighting. Windows had to be shut for privacy. Tiny bathroom. Fortunately we were out the whole day and only returned to sleep. Not worth the rate they charge. Very disappointing"

"Good clean Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A little out of the way from the main area of Siem Reap 'Pub Street' but a short Tuk Tuk ride fixed that. The roads around the Hotel are not clean and very bumpy, but the Hotel is great for its facilities and a short Tuk Tuk ride took you to the heart of Siem Reap. Good value"

"Fabulous staff, friendly service, lovely hotel. Pool water was hot and not at all refreshing. Breakfast was a good variety of foods although not much in the way of Cambodian dishes . Room was spacious . Shower was angled into the corner and unable to adjust so ended up being jammed into the corner when showering. A strange arrangement of servicing the room twice a day. "
