"Average boutique hotel. We had a nice, large hotel. No upgrades offered. There is NO elevators. You will be walking to your room, several stairs to carry your luggage to and from. Staff helped with luggage transport but if you have medical issues that prevents you from heavy lifting and walking up flights of stairs, I probably would not stay here.
