"Overall it was a good stay for a night however I think there are better hotels in the north of the island. For exemple, I much prefer their more boutique hotel Tropical. Cosier and more friendly. Thought we would try another hotel from the Attitude group. That being said, I think it’s a great hotel group for families. The staff seemed a little unmotivated and absent. We tried to go eat at their beach restaurant but it was booked out for a private event. Also their other à la carte restaurants...

"Such a nice place with wonderful environment and good service. The food is a big variety and all dishes are so delicious. Very clean. The shop on property is also a good place to look around, most commodities are priced reasonably. The hotel is a little far from airport but they can arrange a taxi with fair charge. Don't miss the stunning sunrise on beach!"

"Hotel was great, however the birds do spoil it a littlebit as they are always about when it is meal times, and the stray dogs."

"Some of the furniture in the our room was quite worn out and had some kind of dirt all across it. It looked like there was gum or something sticky on the chair so we were unable to use the desk area properly. The mirror in the desk was also quite dirty. Everything else was absolutely amazing and beds were absolutely fantastic to sleep on. Thank you for all of the amazing hospitality and all of the services that were provided. "

"I paid for a studio but was upgraded to a one bedroom at check-in. I received a complimentary drink while I was being checked in and I really needed that as I was exhausted. The staff was awesome, they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same daily, this needs to be improved on, they should have a wider selection. Overall, I had a good time."

"Lovely stay, although not cheap, especially the buffet restaurant where quality, choice and standard not quite up to that of a 5* resort hotel. I did give feedback and suggested on demand cooking with a 'stir fry' station & making crispy fried duck in pancakes on demand, as left cold with very little duck inside. This hotel does not cater for B&B well, with very few snacks available other than room service if a full evening meal wasn't needed. Indian buffet was excellent, and would expect it...
