The included breakfast is fine. That said, the room was in need of a slight refresh. It was also unfortunate that the safe in my room was locked when I arrived, so I was unable to use it (in fairness, I only reported this towards the end of my stay). "Besides the usual hit and miss of the service based roles, this was an excellent location and hotel to stay in for the pricing at the time of booking. The room was clean with fresh air available, cleaned daily to a good standard. A beautiful bar but the service there was dependant on the staff member on duty. Gym for some reason doesn’t open til 7am, and steam room / sauna require request to be switched on. The breakfast is well above average and the restaurant staff at breakfast are attentive and proactive. All in all a great stay only marred by some inconsistent customer service in various departments. "
