"When checking-in I did not receive the correct change. I was charged 87 euros for property taxes. I paid 100 euros, but receive 3 as change. After inquiring on this matter, the hotels manager realized I was robbed. I ended up receiving 20 euros (one as compensation). Watch out for this. Besides this minor incident, the hotel is just fantastic !"

"The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the shops which mainly open late mornings on Sunday and Mondays. The room and bed were very comfortable with a contemporary feel and a mini fridge which was empty so we stocked with our own drinks. The room was quiet and the corridors softly lit with a relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed a meal in the restaurant on the first night. Overall we had a very pleasant stay in the hotel and the staff we very helpful."

"Um hotel grande, que recebe vários tipos de hospedes. Tivemos dificuldade com o check-in antecipado pois o senhor que nos atendeu estava muito mal humorado e não se esforçou para entender a nossa língua, nem com o google tradutor. Porém depois encontramos outros atendentes gentis que nos ajudaram. O hotel é bem arrumado e proximo a estação de metrô isso foi muito bom.
