"As VIP member of hotels.com i was notified that we are entitled to NTD 1,400 credit for tour, but this was not informed until i checked out from the hotel and they forced me to take the tour in the afternoon where it’s not suitable with our schedule. Also in the beginning the reception didn’t aware of the voucher, seems like miscommunication between hotels.com and the property. Overall breakfast and dinner was OK, lot’s of varieties and booking + seating period of time very good managed. Kids...

"妻の誕生日に宿泊させていただきました。スーペリアリバービューの予約とお支払でしたが、デラックスリバービューにアップグレードをしていただきました。 高雄の空港（到着時）高雄・左営駅への移動にタクシーを利用しましたが、降車時（到着時）及び乗車時（出発時）に、ドアマンから、タクシー番号を記されたカードを頂きました。このカードがあれば、タクシー車内での忘れ物や紛失等の際にも便利ですし、心遣いが嬉しいものです。因みに、ホテル内の飲茶レストランも美味しいです。これからも、高雄に行く際は、常宿にさせていただきたいと思います。 タクシー代ですが、空港からは割高（初乗りが高い。でも、４００台湾ドルでお釣りがきます。） ホテル→左営駅（朝10時　街中少々渋滞時で300台湾ドルでした。）"

"The property was excellent and the room was very modern. I had a room with a view of the Love River. This is conveniently close to the tram that encircles the area. The tram is not fast like the MRT but it gets you to your destination. There are many night markets around and plenty of restaurants. That said, restaurants don't open until 11 AM. There is a mom and pop place that opens up for breakfast, across the street from subway. Lovely older couple and food is typical of the Kaoshiung area....

"Our room was very spacious with an excellent view over the city. The large bath tub was also a treat though the other facilities were a little dated. We also loved the dining room which played a tourist video of the city's activities. However, the breakfast was not of 4 star standard. Some items were not replenished, the coffee machine not regularularly serviced and some hot items were cold and healthy breads not available. More attention to detail is needed."
