"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"This was very comfortable sleeping and easy access to RT385 as well as surrounding restaurants and downtown Santa Fe(driving distance short). I would have liked to have been able to experience their restaurant, pool, and hot tub, but these amenities were not available."

When greeted at check in a bit more explanation of payment completion in its entirety would have been appreciated, or an email or print out. None of which were offered…However, every other encounter with staff, food , grounds and the hotel in general was absolutely perfect and we look forward to staying at all the locations ❤️ "

"Very nice to have cookies and lemon/cucumber water upon arrival. Staying in a courtyard room was pretty quiet for the area which is surrounded by freeways. "
