"Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. There are some construction happening closeby, which can be noisy at times, we were so tired that it didn't even bother us at all. "

"Zimmer groß und sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strand sauber. Kosten für Frühstück teurer als in Las Palmas im 4 Sterne Hotel. Auswahl und Geschmack sind Ordnung. Tolle Aussicht dafür aber zu warm, weswegen wir nur zweimal dort gefrühstückt haben. Mit Grab kann man relativ günstig in die Innenstadt fahren, z.B. zur East Coast Mall. Die Außentemperaturen sind zu heiß (gefühlt 35 Grad Celsius). Dies bedeutete für mich und meine Frau außer Schwimmen keine Aktivitäten. Die...

"Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient."

"The Hotel was very well kept together and updated amenities. Family friendly with a great pool, not too big. The hotel itself was a little far from the Malls so it meant it wasn't as busy, but you have to take a taxi/Grab to get there since it's isolated.The staff was very welcoming and friendly. "

"The place is good enough for a one-night stay for a big group such as a family of 6 like us. The international breakfast buffet also have a great variety that cater to various taste buds and someone who like to experience various cuisine like me. I enjoyed the room temperature swimming pool as well, especially in the chilling weather in Cameron. However, the room conditions is not fantastic and hence, it is good for just one to two nights. The customer service is good enough."
