"Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They were kind enough to give us a full upgrade of our room with a full ocean view after we found our toilet in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was a leak in our ceiling. "

"We have limited meal options. No beef meal was available when we stayed due to limited/no supply following a big event. Otherwise, we have an excellent stat. "Our stay at Pangulasian was fantastic. The staff were really attentive, helpful and went above and beyond. From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. The private island experience was amazinG, I couldn’t recommend it more!"

"The people are so nice. So many friendly staff members. Good was great and changed items on the buffet every day. Spacious, clean, beautiful resort. Private snorkeling beach on the back of the island. 2 morning tours and 1 afternoon tour that will take you to most of the good stops of tours a, b, and c for free. The staff to guest ratio is the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was quick to answer any questions or guide you in a direction. "
