"There isn’t much choice in Ludhiana. It’s either Hyatt or radisson. Hyatt is pretty average. And radisson has better service. Better stay at radisson. But both are very outdated. "

"The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very big but the rooms and bathrooms could do with a little upgrade. "

"Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive."
