"This is our third visit to Saletoga, and we were in the same Villa we had been in the past, which is now looking and feeling tired. Beds were uncomfortable, and small repair jobs needed to be completed, broken fan face (still operational) broken soap shelf detail (still usable). Small detail, toilet roll not replaced on arrival. "The staff as always were Super friendly. This is the 2nd stay me and my family have had here. And they never disappoint. It was unfortunate our original room wasn’t available due to renovations. We were then upgraded to a bungalow. Probably wise of them to inform us prior to checking in via phone call."

"Taufua has always been one of our favourite places in the world. It’s situated on the most picturesque white sand beach, the ocean is beautifully calm and lovely for swimming with the whole family. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating and it’s such great value for money."

"This was delightful hotel, a bit quirky and out of the way, but the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and food tasty. The whole place could do with a bit of TLC and the menu updated as several choices were unavailable all week. That said, for a locally owned and run hotel it’s a bit of a gem and any faults forgiven as the staff are so good. Please visit!"

Every staff was so friendly and helpful. The ladies cleaning our room always made it feel so much cleaner every time we came back to our room. We will definitely come back and stay here at Tanoa! "
