"The room was very good, everything worked. Loved the cartridge coffee and tea machine. No iron or ironing board. They have a pool, but I didn’t find a fitness room. Convenient, 10 minute walk to train station 5 minutes to downtown, nice walking path along river. Good bar and restaurant. "

"The room was not ready upon check in and there are no people at the property. Also Hotels.com could not reach the hotel so they moved us to a new hotel. "

"Good service , slight odour in the room when we arrived but nothing overpowering. Unusually there were no fridge or tea making facilities in the room, but a kettle and cup were provided when asked at reception. "

"Dejligt sted…Spændende koncept. Blev ringet op inden ophold…der var bryllup med musik, så hotellet foreslog nogle andre værelser…mere rolige . God service. Vi havde 2 værelser og spiste på hotellet den ene aften. Dejlig mad med overraskende touch. 3 -retters middag fornemt afviklet, og vi kunne efterfølgende købe vinen i vinhandlen. Der bliver gjort rent hver anden dag…så vi forventede ikke rengøring med vore 2 overnatninger. Desværre var sengene ikke redt…kaffekopper og brikker til...

"Conveniently located just outside Lübeck's north city portal, Burgtor. It's just a few minutes walk into the altstadt with churches, squares, passageways, courtyards, and a variety of beautiful gabled buildings. Loved the breakfast at the hotel and the rainwater shower head. There are a limited number of free outdoor parking spaces which I luckily obtained. Lübeck is wonderful."

"The coridor at the 7th floor was occupied by 7 people having i party with beer and drinks, using the chairs from their rooms In the bathroom the floor wasn't clean and there was mould arround the floor/wall joints, The toilett wasn't clean. In their e-mail they promissed a discount if parking in Karstad garage was 6 euro but the reception claimed 10 euro. A very disapointing experience this hotel"
