"We chose the Villa Romeo due to its location to the main train station, it's just across the street. We were only staying one night before flying from Catania to Rome. The hotel is old but well maintained. We enjoyed our brief stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was typical but could be eaten in the beautiful courtyard which is filled with plants, very pretty. Overall a fine visit. "

"Okay hotel. The staff was very nice, and we also enjoyed the breakfast very much. They say they have a gym, but they do not; the equipment is very old, and there is one weight machine that barely works. Not even sure why they have it there. The hotel should invest in some nicer equipment. The other issue we had was with the wifi. We had NO wifi connection in our room. We brought it up with the front desk, and they said it should be working, but it wasn't. If you need a gym, I would suggest...

"Great hotel 150 m from the port. Breakfast was awesome. We had a triple bedroom on the first floor with a seaview. The staff doesn't speak english too well but they were always nice and with a smile. We had a nice lemonade welcome drink which was really nice.
