"Honestly this is the Best Hotel ive stayed in Sierra Leone. Staff was excellent all the way around, from the security staff outside to the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and back down to the front desk. "My room was one of the nicest I have ever had in Freetown and I have been traveling to Freetown since 1999. A comfortable bed and a very clean and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, but the lack of AC in the large room is a bit uncomfortable in the hot season."

"The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun."

"I did not like this place at all. Reception was 0, the managers were not professional. The room I paid for was not available and I had the room I was offered was horrible . I have stayed at quite a few hotels in Sierra Leone and this one was terrible . Especially the fact it has such a great location . I was unable to get a refund as they came up with some story of some sort. Overall really disappointed waste of money"
