"Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht und auch eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Als wir nach einer mehrstündigen Fahrt angekommen sind war die Rezeption, die eigentlich bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte, ganztägig geschlossen. "Disappointed that Hotels.com did not tell us the hotel was being refurbished. Bar was closed during our 10 day stay. Parking at hotel was not free. They charge 5€ per night unless you want to walk 150 m away. Sky TV was totally in German. Had to ask Manager to change location of our room which originally opened onto the car park and was noisy.
