My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping. "Great hotel, very clean and classy, walking distance to Bagdat street. Restaurant on roof top was nice and the seafood was delicious. Excellent service except they never offered any Expedia VIP access nor service. "

"The hotel is in a great central location. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff were very helpful. My only dissapointment was that i found out i was charged £40 more than my friend's who also stayed that same night and they received a free upgrade. It was disheartening to hear this and will make me think twice about staying there again."

The man at the front desk helped us acquire a card for public transportation and even helped us refill it. The hotel was accessible to the ferry and the staff helped us understand the system.
