"Great location, walk out to Braga. Great staff, breakfast is a mix of local and western foods. It is a little confusing entering/exiting and if you call for a taxi, most of them are not familiar with the process. Pretty close to train station."

"An old hotel but retains its friendly service and cleanliness. Check-in and out is fast, staff has good attitude, except the male cleaner entering the female toilet (ground floor toilet) without knocking startled me - management should assign a female cleaner instead. There's a good Korean restaurant right next door. It's an additional perks that the hotel provides shuttle car to nearby Lippo Mall, City Walk and other nearby areas. Breakfast was not up to my expectations, though....
