"Staff at both check in and check out were pleasant and professional. The room was both clean and pleasant. The view is sensational. My only gripe is that I was invoiced for a chocolate bar from the mini bar which we did not take. An email regarding this has been ignored. The cost of the chocolate is really of no consequence, but a reply email surely is not to much to ask for."

"The Resort is out of town and on the beach; the peace that comes with that also means you have to use your car whenever you are going somewhere, and if you are having a drink, you can only eat at the resort - there are no ubers in Bunker Bay! We arrived in the evening, eco resort also means 'no lights used' and had to transfer everything from the car in the dark - mothers day flower arrangements were broken and items lost in the transfer and evening drive in a golf cart to get to your room. ...

The nearby Three Anchors cafe was a good option for breakfast with downtown Albany a short drive away for dinners.
