"Great location next to the lake"

"The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the pool and gym were very nice. Quick to switch rooms on request, providing ample water, helping with recommendations, and the breakfast was incredible for the price(plus they allowed take away). Was the equivalent of a 4 or 5 star hotel in America. Truly a great experience. 5m drive to Westlake."

"It's about 5 - 10 min walk from Subway station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where you can take airport bus to the airport, need to buy ticket first at a tour agency nearby hotel (ask fo location at the hotel). Wifi is ok. "

My only complaint would be that there should be someone on reception that speaks English, and who takes an active interest in how you’re getting on. Otherwise the staff were lovely, just a bit distant. There was one great lady but we only saw her twice. "
