"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch der Zimmerservice war top. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Der Makel liegt eher an dem Zustand der Unterkunft. Unsere Villa (Jempiring) ist etwas über die Jahre gekommen. Leider hatten wir das Zimmer, wo das Schloss der Badezimmertür von außen beschädigt war, sodass man von außen Zugang ins Zimmer hätte. And when i call housekeeping to clean up my room,how could they give me the plastic bag to cover up the dustbin by myself! i'm the guest! "My wife and I stayed 14 nights at this villa. It was beautiful, clean and private. It was in a very quiet location. But all within close proximity to great shopping and food. Only a short taxi ride. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was to much to ask of them. They were there to make our stay as enjoyable aa they possibly could. We will definitely be back again ."
