"We checked in just before midnight. They photocopy your passport. We got key cards. Room is good size and has air con but the bathroom has a very noisy duct exhaust type fan which made it hard to get a good sleep. Hotel is in the city centre of shops and restaurants, 10min walk to garlic lane, or to the beach.. 30min to beachwalk shopping mall. They cleaned and provided fresh towels daily except for the last day - I had to ask. Pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. I wouldnt stay here...

"An absolutely fantastic property in Kuta. With some of the best service staff in the business. Property is well located near the beach. Safe. Secure. Lots of shopping close by. Next door to the Hard Rock Hotel. Awesome pool deck on upper floor overlooking beach, and amazing food throughout. A definitely recommended rating. Can’t wait till next trip here!!! Cheers. "

"Nice property, reasonable sized rooms. Two pools which is handy given there’s more people than pool chairs available. Had to pay for breakfast. Stay tainted with a broken room lock. Came back from dinner and waited nearly an hour to get back into room."
