Well i enjoyed the restaurant staff the front desk staff.hotel was cute and located in a perfect spot. However an evening staff possible manager was rude and would not allow me to eat in tje area designated to eat. He stated i only am allowed to eay outside food in my room. Hemce the hotel restaurant was already closed. His name is hardick or hardeek. Whichever he was extremely UNPLEASANT

The hotel was fine for one night, the TV in my room I couldn’t get to work, but it was no big deal I used my phone for entertainment. The WiFi wasn’t great either speed seemed a bit slow at times. The noise from the road outside kept me up a bit too but Dublin is a busy city.

stayed twice book the same way. First room was great, one king bed good size room great check in. Then we came back 2 weeks latter for a 3 night stay. Tiny room . very small double bed . when asked if we could change they said they were fully booked . Bur we went on line and called where they said they had king rooms viable. So they lied to us. Not good

Was only here from 6 pm to 6 am. Suited our needs nicely. 15 minute cab ride to airport. Staff at front desk were excellent.

It was very clean, staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to the city center, restaurants. We dined it the restaurant one evening at the hotel. Great food and service.

The hotel looked nice on arrival and the receptionist was welcoming. The room was very disappointing and rather average, some of the lights didn't work, no A/C, just a noisy small fan and the view was shocking. The room and bathroom were very clean but It looked very dated and old. At breakfast the staff was rather unpleasant, not greeting guests, no eye contact when I asked for a drink and just an overall feeling that I was an inconvenience to them, I didn't feel it was good value for money (18€ per person) Outside the Hotel looked dirty, grey and a bit "Meh" The Hotel was advertised as VIP on Expedia and it wasn't. If this was a 2* Hotel I would have been pleased. I will not be returning to this Hotel

Clean, comfortable, but busy hotel for the size. Easy access to bus stop nearby, but bus takes 25-30 minutes to go 1.5 miles to city center. Still easier than driving/parking.

Hotel is about 2.8km from main areas of Dublin. Walkable for some. There are stores and restaurants in close proximity. Buses run right in front of the hotel,so easy access.

Dublin Skylon is a very nice hotel, and easy to get to from the airport. All the staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Getting to downtown Dublin is easy, either walking or grabbing the bus from right out front. Would absolutely stay here again.

Staff extremely helpful. Very clean and comfortable. There’s a lounge/restaurant inside the hotel which we only enjoyed for nightcaps. They had a band, the Manila trio who played one night and they were excellent! Bus stop next to the hotel. But because of traffic and all the stops, it will still take about 20-30 minutes to get to the city center. So plan accordingly. Overall, I think it’s cheaper to be outside the city center and get some great accommodations but it’s definitely not as convenient even with access to the bus. Loved our stay at Skylon. Very responsive to my communications and classy hotel!

Check-in was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable - a couple of bits of flaking paint on the window sill and some loose fittings in the bathroom were minor but surprising in a. 4 star hotel. Oddly we could not access the room safe as it was locked but this was dealt with after our dinner which was very good. We talked to the front desk about an issue the following morning and someone was to follow up with us - they never did - disappointing! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay - convenience to the airport was also a bonus ahead of a long trip home!

One of my favourite hotels in Dublin. In a lovely area. Hotel is nice and modern-a fantastic lobby and restaurant. Staff are great and rooms are lovely and comfortable.
