"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"We arrived early to the hotel, we were given rooms before checkin time. The concierge was wonderful. The rooms were great. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. The pillow were so so. But the bed and comforter were pleasant. I want to recognize Albino for making our breakfast spectacular every morning. He went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was to our satisfaction and that was the most important start of our day. We will definitely only come back to this hotel. Walking...

The self service laundry was great but can get really busy...we had to do laundry past midnight as the machines were not available. Had issues when I asked for dishwasher tablets (house keeping had not left me any on some days) and a change of sheets for my baby's cot, no one came up and I had to walk up to...
