"Our accommodation was clean and the service was very good however check in was understaffed. The room was a bit small for 3 and a bit hot and airless as it only had a small window. Overall it was a lovely stay, the included breakfast was really good and the pool and veiws were amazing"

"Such a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings and mountain view's in every direction. Excellent service from friendly staff who were attentive but not overly attentive! Spacious suite with a lovely private terrace. Nespresso machine and well stocked wine fridge! Plenty of space around the pool with big shaded day beds. Great to have complementary cars into town in the evenings. We also used the tram which was fun. The breakfasts were outstanding! We would return!"

"Very minimalist in design and decor. Great staff. Pricey for what you get. Not located in an area you can walk to restaurants etc so you are captive on the property unless you have car (hotel on your own). "

"Everything was great, SPA is payed separately, it is quite small but luckily it was almost empty. Breakfast was good, but choice was limited. Dinner in the restaurant was quite expensive considering that some things were not up to the level. Overall experience was positive. VIP perk was only one mini bottle of Prosecco for two adults, no upgrade was offered even though it was available. "
