"Host Colin made us feel welcome straight away and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Guest rooms have everything you'd need for a short break, The rate included a lovely freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of choices and a homemade granola and berry compote to start with, fresh pots of coffee and toast. The House is a short 15-minute drive to a number of small towns nearby with pubs and restaurants. "

"This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be the last! From the minute we arrived Sheila, the owner, couldn't do enough for us. Ella, who served our breakfast both mornings, was also really pleasant and helpful. The property is in a quiet street, with on site parking, and inside it is beautiful with lovely decor and lots of room. "Beautiful property. Sheep, fruit, and vegetable farms all around. Staff super nice. Had the ability to grill our own food and have a fire to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather we had way into the night. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Play area for the kids. This is by far our favorite place so far on our two week trip around the UK. "
