Really good seafront location. The property is dated but the room was very clean and a good size. We needed a room for the night as a family and for the price this did the job perfectly.

Noisy rooms with paper thin walls, light showing around the doors so the room wasn't dark at night. We heard everyone come and go and could even hear peoples phones. Blinds in the bathroom didn't work and the window wasn't frosted so the whole street could see me in the shower. No pressure in the shower and dog hairs all over us and our clothes.

Great bnb in a perfect location to explore Folkestone, just a short walk away from The Lower Leas Park. The room was very clean, had everything necessary for a short stay and a beautiful sea view. Had a really smooth check in experience, very friendly and helpful! Thank you!
