"Restaurant closed very early 10:30 and as I perused the menu at 10:15 I overhead a staff member tell another I told you so. My flight was over an hour late and I know they wanted to get home so a grabbed a sandwich instead. I just wanted to get home too instead of getting my flight changed to include 13 1/2 hour layover."

"Hotel was only 5 minutes from the airport. No shuttle service however taxis were lined up in front. Room was very nice and clean but rather warm & I couldn’t get the A/C to work. Dinner was great as well as the breakfast buffet. An option to order breakfast as a la carte would have been nice. Will stay again on my next trip to Germany 😀"

"Hotel was great and perfect location to get anywhere in city. Very easy one minute walk to street car and five minute walk to subway station. All staff at hotel was very helpful. Bar was nice. The Italian restaurant inside hotel had good food but the hostess/waitress (younger one) was rude and did not like serving Americans. "
