"The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The front desk is located on the second floor and you will need to buzz in and either take the steps or the lift. Close to the train and bus station and a short walk to downtown. Would definitely stay here again."

"The entrance to the building is a bit dark. Up on check in the staff was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. If you book this hotel make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo. They are very limited on the amenities. The WiFi did not work in our room. We had a room at the very end of the hallway to avoid the noisy area. Staff was very pleasant."

"My entire family loved staying at this charming and cosy B&B. We stayed in the quadruple room. The main room has a bed area separated from the dining area by a half-wall. "This villa is an absolute hidden gem in the mountains of northern Italy. The views are breathtaking and the whole property is paradise on earth. It has an unbelievably lush garden which within lies a pool that hasn't got a single leaf in it - i don't know how they manage to keep it that clean since the whole operation seems to be run by an eldery couple which were pretty relaxed about everything - for example, on arrival we were told to use absolutely everything we want on the grounds. "The hostess was very responsive with communication. The location is perfect, right across from the train station. It is safe and convenient, and within walking distance to so many places to see and places to eat. It is on the fourth floor with no elevator, so something to consider. "

"The room was as advertised but in a neighboring hotel. They did upgrade us to a room with an inside private bath (with a step up to access) instead of a shared bath. Unfortunately it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Not so good when you are in a wheelchair. Luckily i am still somewhat mobile but it might not have worked for others. They did store our luggage for us when we arrived early morning"
